FAQ's


  1. How to submit an entry? 
    Click on Register Tab to create and account. After creating the account,use the e-mail id and password to log-in. Select the Category and Sub-Category you wish to submit your entry form. Fill in the details, Save and Exit. You can edit it and make changes whenever required. Submit the entry and make the payment as per the stated deadlines.

  2. Who can apply?
    Any company, organisation, institution, agency, consultancy, group or individual which has done any project that qualifies under any of the categories of awards within India Digital Awards can create an account. For the same company/entity, any number of entries can be made using the same account.

  3. Who can submit a nomination?
    Anyone who has created an account can submit any number of entries across all categories after paying the required fee online. However, all entries must be original and the entrant must either own the work or have permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. In the event that an entrant without such rights submits an entry, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition.

  4. What time-frame is relevant for the potential project or campaign?
    Any project active in the marketplace between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018 may participate in the competition.

  5. Can the same project be submitted by both the brand and the agency?
    The same project cannot be submitted separately by two different entities. However, any project could be submitted as a joint entry by two or more entities in unanimity.

  6. Can the same company/agency submit more than one entry in the same category?
    Yes, the same company/agency can submit more than one entry in the same category. However, all the projects nominated should have been executed from October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018

  7. What are the steps in completing the submission of an entry?
    • If registered already, log in using the credentials received
    • If not registered, click on Register Now
    • Click on Submit Entry Tab
    • Fill the registration form and submit it
    • You will receive Log-in ID & Password
    • Use the Log-in credentials to now Log-in
    • Choose a category
    • Choose a sub-category
    • Fill in the details of the entry in the respective form
    • Upload the project / work file or URL
    • Click on Save & Exit if further editing is required
    • If no editing is required then click on Submit & Exit
    • Make Payment & Complete the Submission Process (You may make bulk payment of all your entries together by selecting them on your dash board)

    Note: If you are submitting an entry in the Digital Advertising, Digital Content or Social Media Categories, a mail will be sent to your client to review the entry submitted by you and approve the same. If the client rejects the entry, it will be considered disqualified. Fees will not be refunded

  9. What is the registration fee per entry?

MEMBER

Early Bird Deadline - 30th Oct'18 INR 3500 /- + GST
Regular Deadline - 30th Nov'18 INR 5000 /- + GST
Extended Deadline - 10th Dec'18 INR 5500 /- + GST

NON-MEMBER

Early Bird Deadline - 30th Oct'18 INR 7000 /- + GST
Regular Deadline - 30th Nov'18 INR 9000 /- + GST
Extended Deadline - 10th Dec'18 INR 9500 /- + GST

Note : The rates applicable for ‘Digital Social and Economic Empowerment Award’ category would be INR 1000 for both members and non-members.
Refund Policy:  Once the amount is paid no refunds will be issued.


  1. What should be the file format of the entry for submission?
    Any readable file format which clearly and comprehensively demonstrates the project/work in a way that it could be comprehended and assessed for judgment is accepted.

  2. Changes in the entry?
    a) Can I make changes in the entry? You can make changes in the entry by clicking on ‘save and exit’ in the form any number of times, until you submit the entry.
    b) Can I make changes after submitting the entry? No. Once the entry is submitted, you cannot make any changes.

  3. What is the timeline for the India Digital Awards?

  4. Can I submit an entry in more than one category?
    Yes, you can enter a single project in multiple categories. Please note fees are per submission.

  5. Is there a limit to the number of submissions I can enter?
    No, there is no limit to the number of submissions an organization may submit. You may submit a single project in multiple categories or submit several projects in a single category, however entrants are encouraged to customize the submission based on the category for which they enter.

  6. May I include a video with my submission?
    Yes, it is highly recommended that you do include a video with your submission. There will be an opportunity to upload additional content as part of the submission process; a third party must host all videos. Please click here for more information.

  7. What language should be used when submitting the applications?
    Applications need to be filled out in English. For regional languages, supporting videos can be in original language with English Subtitles. It is important for all our Jury members to fully understand the projects or campaigns.

  8. When will the shortlist be announced?
    The nominees of the shortlist will be announced by the second week of January after the Jury has evaluated all entries. All nominees will be informed by e-mail.

  9. What are IAMAI's rights over the content submitted?
    IAMAI India Digital Awards is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Submission of any entry (including Online Film & Video entries) acknowledges the right of IAMAI India Digital Awards to use it for exhibition, promotion and publication purposes in any medium.
